MTM surveys (Metrics That Matter, developed by KnowledgeAdvisors) give the students the possibility of giving a feedback on his/her training experience. The trainer can consult the results of a survey as a whole, obtaining charts and summaries to evaluate his/her performance, and that of the methodology and resources used in the classroom. The individual answers from the students always kept anonymous.

It is compulsory to take a MTM surveys after completing an Official Microsoft Course, delivered by a Microsoft Certified Trainer. MTM surveys can also be taken after finalisation of any other IT training.
